Insoles or, orthotics, come in many different forms. But what exactly is the use of insoles? In this blog we will dive deeper into the complicated world of insoles.

Let’s start with the feet. Your feet are more important than you think. You walk and stand on them an entire day, putting a lot of stress on them, day in and day out. What many people hardly ever think about is that many pain complaints can be traced back to your feet. This can vary from hip and back to leg complaints.
